Chicken Pot Pie Recipe as Requested

That was our meal tonight at Plainfield Christian Church in Indiana! We had pot pie ( your recipe), mashed pot, broc salad (your recipe), roll, salad bar and brownie. Thanks for sharing your wonderful recipes with the many church cooks who have been blessed to find you! We served approx 260 tonight!
Hi Karen, we’re having a Senior Banquet (lunch ) on 1/31. The theme is Evening in Paris. Any suggestions for an entrée? I thought maybe beef stroganoff. Do you by chance have a recipe for that? Sorry to be slow to respond to you, Sharon. I’ve been out of town and not paying attention to the blog. I haven’t ever made beef stroganoff for a big crowd, and I can’t really think of a good French menu that would be easy to make in large quantities. A baked chicken in wine sauce with roasted potatoes and green beans might be good.
