Sounds delish! We are having beef tips/creamy chicken over rice, green beans and new potatoes, ranch baked carrots, sweet yeast rolls, salad bar and asst dump cakes…love hearing what you are serving! Are we the only 2 that get so excited about cooking and Wednesdays? :). Love our ministry, so satisfying! Have a great week!

I also cook for my church and follow you for great ideas on menus. We only meet once a month and we serve sbout 150 folks. I loved the menu and I’m serving roast and gravy and was wondering if you could share your recipe? I am fairly new at this and although it have some great volunteers, any advice would be helpful. Thanks for sharing .
