    Hi from Indiana, Karen!
Found you online. We are kindred spirits, as I also cook Wednesday night fellowship dinners at my church. Last night was pulled pork sandwiches, mac and cheese, green beans, and peach crisp. We served about 275. I would love to blog our menus, recipes and kitchen adventures and you are an inspiration!
Hopeful our numbers will increase since we are a church of around 2000! We’ve been doing this for many years and numbers used to be higher. I’ve just started as person in charge and know this ministry is one that could bless sooo many! Just wanted to say thank you, great job, and eagerly awaiting more updates!

    • Jill, Good luck with your new job and getting a blog started. I’d love to see your menu ideas and recipes if you’d like to share. I’m always on the lookout for something new that will adapt well to a big crowd. Be sure and send me your blog address when you get it going. My email is kschleusener@gmail.com. Thanks for your encouraging words.
