Best Ever Brownies
Monica of A Beautiful Mess is the host for the Best Ever Brownies this week (November 20th).
The bittersweet and unsweetened chocolate are melted in the top of a double boiler, mixed with sugar, then with the egg and sugar mixture. The dry ingredients are gently folded in last. This super rich chocolate batter is then spread into the pan and baked for 26 minutes…and walla… Best Ever Brownies! We agreed that they are pretty darn good, if not the best ever. “Chocolatey,” “rich,” and preferred in a taste test by a toddler over banana bread (see photo evidence below).
